This would impact the whole team and put us behind. “I worked the night shift with a nurse who consistently showed up late for their shift. You’ll get extra points for mentioning what you learned from the situation. Demonstrate understanding, empathy, and a positive approach. The key to answering this nursing interview question is to talk about the solution you provided rather than badmouthing a colleague.
